We have completed many new homes, additions and renovations throughout the Mobile and Baldwin County area. We are members of the Mobile Metro Home builders Association, the Remodelers Council, and the Mobile County Board of Realtors. In addition to the generic services offered by most builders, we also offer two signature packages which are exclusive to our companies on the Gulf Coast.

The first of these is SmartHOME. SmartHOME refers to the fully automated and integrated home. In the SmartHOME, major facets of the home are able to communicate in ways that make the SmartHOME the most comfortable, convenient and economical home available today. SmartHOME will control security, lighting and appliances, communications and heating and cooling. SmartHOME will even save you money - up to 55% of the costs of heating and cooling your home (according to studies done by Pacific Gas and Electric). On most homes in your neighborhood, this amounts to 75.00 to 200.00 per month in savings.

The second package is the EcoSmart Envelope. The EcoSmart Envelope involves the use of several home building and weatherization techniques that decrease the amount of conditioned air that is lost from the building envelope, thereby making the home easier to condition and more affordable. We estimate savings at up to 30%. Not only can the EcoSmart Envelope weatherization techniques save you money, they can also make the indoor air quality of your home healthier.
