Joe Graham has been involved in home building in South Alabama since 1980 learning building techniques from the largest home builder in the world and then honing them and modifying them to suit the special needs of a small volume custom builder. Born and raised just north of Mobile, Joe is a second generation general contractor and home builder.

Joe has been a member of the Greater Mobile Home builders Association since 1985 and has served three years on the Board of Directors of the Association as well as chairing several committees. Joe has achieved Spike and Life Spike designations within the Association.

Joe is one of the first two home builders in Southwest Alabama to be certified by the National Association of Home builders and Auburn University as a Graduate Builder.

Joe has introduced many innovations to the Mobile housing market including Smart Home and the EcoSmart Envelope Home. His innovative ideas and homes have been featured locally in the Mobile Press Register, Mobile Bay Monthly, In-House Magazine, and the News Herald regionally in the University of Alabama's Energy Extension Services Quarterly, and nationally in Custom Builder Magazine, Builder Architect Magazine and the Los Angeles Times.
